7:00 1. Joint Public Hearing with the Board of County Commissioners to take
comment for the White Cross School landmark application

7:48 3. Approval of Minutes: January 29th, 2015 meeting (Attachment 1)

a. Election of officers for 2015

b. Review of Outside Agency grant applications for County funds
(Burwell School and the Orange County Historical Museum);
staff will hand out applications and timeline for comments
c. Copy of CLG application submitted to the State Historic
Preservation Office for a grant to continue work on survey and
publication project (to be handed out at meeting)

d. Survey project status and update on Town of Hillsborough
participation in book project
e. Potential new approach for book project via UNC Press (Bob
Ireland)
f. Upcoming training workshops for HPC members: Greensboro re-
scheduled to March 19th
g. Open air time for other new information by members/staff

a. Orange County historic resources: Bingham Township, Part 2;
PowerPoint presentation to review additional properties/resources
for potential to include in future publication. (previous programs
covered half of Bingham Township, plus all of our National
Register, Local Landmark, and Study Listed properties).
