PURPOSE: To consider making appointments to the Orange Unified Transportation Board.
BAGKGROUND: The terms of Julian Marshall, Robert Peterson, .Bryn Smith, and Nancy Baker
ended on 9/30/2006. They have been recommended by the OUT Board for reappointment,
they are eligible and willing to serve. If reappointed, each will be serving a first full term, ending
9/30/2009.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making reappointments to the Orange Unified Transportation

The Orange Unified Transportation Board (OUTBoard), at its meeting on September 20,
2006, found Julian Marshall, Robert Peterson, Bryn Smith, and Nancy Baker to be
members in good standing, and voted unanimously to recommend that the Board of County
Commissioners reappoint them, respectively, as the Bingham Township, Chapel Hill
Township, Orange County Commission for the Environment representatives and the
advocate for pedestrian access and safety to another term on the OUTBoard. Julian
