Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau Board

The Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau Board met at Ayr Mount, 376 St. Mary’s Road, Hillsborough at 8:00
a.m. on April 26, 2006.

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pavao, Chair, called the meeting to
order at 8:05 a.m.
WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS
Mr. Lee Pavao opened the meeting by welcoming Board Members, guests and staff members. It was announced that the approval
of the last board meeting and the agenda would be carried to the meeting in June. Mr. Pavao stated that Mr. Pelletier would present the results of the on-line research and ample allow
time for questions and comments.
Presentation by Equation Research
Mr. John Pelletier presented the results of the research in a Power Point presentation.
(Copy of presentation will be attached to the minutes.)

With all presentation and discussion
completed, Mr. Pavao asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Crowther made the motion to adjourn and motion was seconded by Ms. Convissor. With all Board Members in agreement,
the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
