d. Agricultural Development and Farmland Preservation Plan: how
much progress has been made since the adoption of the plan in
2009? Is it time to update the Plan? (Attachment 5: excerpts from
2009 Plan)

a. Board of County Commissioners approved ordinance change to
eliminate the requirement that farms must be in "present use"
program to be eligible to participate in the VAD /EVAD program
