Members Present: Diane Beecham, Jean Bolduc, James Davis
Members Absent: Jonzella Bailey-Pridham and Brittney Walden
Welcome/Introduction
The meeting was called to order by the Chair Jean Bolduc at 6:15 pm. There being no quorum, there was
no official business decided.
Approval of Minutes
Minutes from March 26, 2014 were not reviewed for adoption.
Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Budget Review
The budget review was tabled to the May 2014 meeting.
Board Work Plan Continued
Members will continue the discussion and planning of the Work Plan during the May 2014 meeting.
Department Report
James Davis reported that Tara Fikes will be available as a consultant for Orange County.
Other Business
James Davis announced that James Anderson has resigned from the board. Members discussed the
County's rules for advisory boards with regard to absences and membership. James informed the
Members that a motion to remove an advisory board member due to unexcused absences would likely be
reviewed by the County Clerk's office where additional attempts to contact the member would be made
prior to the removal of that member.
There being no additional business,the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 by Member consent.
