Board members present: Tim hbke, Chair, Doris Friend, Suetary, Delia Keefe,
Dan Mayer, Cbnsuelo Marshall,Anita Mills, Helen,ones, Tinka,brdy, Chris Kubica
Board members absent: Tarish Ppkins, „bn Pbgers, Bronwyn Merritt
Staff members present: Katie Murray, Director
I. Hoke called the meeting to order at 10.04
II. Mayer moved, Mills seconded to approve the Juen,2017 minutes. Motion passed.
III. Hoke announced the resignation of Lynn Albert. We are sorry that Lynn is leaving us and
thank her for her work for OCAC Katie Murray stressed the importance of filling our two
vacant seats with a special focus to CCACscommitment to diversity.
IV. Director's Fbport:
In the interest of time,there was no discussion or questions regarding Murray's report
submitted in writing as written on July 6,2017.
Hoke adjourned the business portion of the meeting at 10:10 a.m.
At 10:15 the committee began its annual review of grant applications. Fifty-two grant appl i cations were
received. The committee completed their review at 4:45 p.m.
