It was suggested that it might help inform potential residents which outside provider agencies, if
any, our facilities contract with.
We discussed ways we might be able to advocate for resident rights and access to care on a larger
scale. Autumn reviewed information around oversight, inspections & licensing of facilities. Autumn
reported to the committee that she does follow -up on issues raised by our reports with the
administrators at the facilities when she visits and she shares those issues with the Orange County
Adult Home Specialists and /or other oversight agencies when appropriate.
Debbie R. volunteered to reach out to Aveda to inquire if their students would be interested in
and be able to benefit from gaining training experience while by providing services to ACH
residents (this suggestion was triggered by The Stratford report).

Autumn will email the committee a list of our facilities.
We discussed the possibility of including the facility address on the visitation reports and
rewording 10a to be more straightforward.
Max stated he will re- engage with Yvette Misery re: volunteer opportunities that can benefit ACH
