• Orange County Agricultural Summit — Mike Ortosky
o Mike Ortosky shared a video that was shown at the 2016 Annual Agricultural Summit
• Statistical Report of Recruitment Projects — Amanda Garner & Steve Brantley
o Amanda Garner presented a PowerPoint presentation showing the projects and what types of sites
were being sought, how many the department submitted information to, how many the department
could not accommodate, and how many visit there were generated.

MOTION by Jim Kitchen to approve minutes; seconded by Delores Bailey. Minutes were approved by consensus.
