PURPOSE: To discuss how the Board liaisons to intra-county and regional boards report back
to the full Board.
BACKGROUND: There have been requests by Board members in the past about discussing
how BOCC Advisory Board liaisons report information back to the full board, and possible
options may include emails from liaisons after their advisory boards meetings to the Board, or
short updates at regular meetings or work sessions.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: There are no financial impacts associated with discussion of this item.
SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There are no Orange County Social Justice Goal impacts
associated with this item.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss and provide
direction to staff as needed.
