BACKGROUND: The following information is for Board consideration: • Appointment to a first full term (position #1) "At- Large" for Jody Eimers expiring 12/31/2020. • Appointment to a first full term (position #10) "At- Large" for Laura Doherty expiring 12/31/2020. POSITION NO. The Committee resaectfully reauests that the BOCC not aoaoint anv of the other applicants at this time. CFE members would prefer to recruit other qualified applicants to fill the remaining vacancies. ( The CFE anticipates having a recommendation for the Board to consider for this appointment in the near future). If an applicant is not sent for recommendation by the CFE for Pi position #3 by the next appointment date, the BOCC will move forward with an appointment. I believe being an advocate for affordable housing is an honor and a responsibility. Conflict of Interest: If there was any funding provision for which the Board convened to consider an award, and it related to Community Home Trust s mission, I would recuse myself.
