PURPOSE: To consider making appointments to the Commission for the Environment.
BACKGROUND: There are three At-Large vacancies on the Commission for the Environment.
The Clerk's office has received a letter of recommendation from the Commission for the
Environment for the following citizens: Floyd Bridgewater and Tom O'Dwyer. If appointed, all
would be serving partial terms of less than 2 years.

Johnny, Michelle & I met and decided on 3 people to recommend to the CFE. I have spoken with each. Two would like
to be appointed and the 3rd wants to consider it for a week.. We would like to go ahead and put forward Floyd
Bridgewater and Tom O'Dwyer Randy Kabrick will get back next week. Randy is on a few other boards or committees
but is considering getting off of solid waste. He's very interested in water. Whatever the case, please proceed with the
first 2 and I'll let you know about Randy when I hear back fram him.
