PURPOSE: To consider making a reappointment to the Jury Commission.
BACKGROUND: Bob Hall's term on the Jury Commission will expire on 6130/2006. He has
been recommended for reappointment. If reappointed, Mr. Nall would be serving a full term,
which will end on 6/30/2008.
FINANCIAL. IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Jury Commission.

I bring to your attention the expiration of the term of Bob Hall, the appointee of the Orange
County Commissioners, to our jury commission. As you know, I do not serve on the,jury
commission but my ofpice is charged with providing clerical support to it. In that role I have
worked with Mr. Hall along with his fellow jury commissioners in the prepazation of the master
,jury lists since 2003, I have found Mr, Hall to be competent and conscientious in his approach to
his duties, I feel comfortable in saying that I believe that his fellow jury commissioners would
join in my opinion, Therefore please inform the Orange County Board of Commissioners of my
endorsement of the reappointment of Mr, Hall to the Orange County Jury Commission.
