Dear Commissioners,
At the Board's December 5, 2016 regular meeting, petitions were brought forth which were reviewed
by the Chair/Vice Chair/Manager Agenda team. The petitions and responses are listed below:
1) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Price that the County confirm a date for the opening of
the Fairview Park parking lot and expansion,potentially in March 2017.
Response: Staff to follow-up with several proposed dates.
2) Review and consider a by Commissioner Price that based on a request from Peggy Misch, the
Board consider adoption of a proclamation for Bill of Rights Day.
Response:DONE -Proclamation scheduled for 12/13/16 Board agenda.
3) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Price that based on a request from Peggy
Misch, the Board consider adoption of a Resolution in Support of the NC Commission of Inquiry
on Torture.
Response: DONE- Resolution scheduled for 12/13/16 Board agenda.
