. Cary Cornette did come to the March meeting, so even though he has not attended 75% of meetings, he has
campleted all of his visits and the committee is willing to have him reappointed, if the Commissioners agree.
. Judith Mitchell has resigned due to health reasons (effective 03.14.06). Please remove her from the list.
. Also, Laura Det.oye is up for reapptmt. She has attended more than 75% of the meetings and visits and is a
member in good standing.
Re: the Orange Nursing Home CAC,
. I am awaiting a response from the chair and members. I will follow up with you asap.

been on the fritz, so could you please confirm receipt of this email?
Re' the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee:
