PUBLIC CHARGE
The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange County its respect.
The Board asks its citizens to condacct themselves in a respectful, courteous
manner, both with tlae Board crud with fellow citizens. At any time should any
member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair
will crsk t1~e offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains
personal control..s'hould decorum fail to be r°estored, the Chair ~~ill recess the
meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is
observed. All electronic devices such as cell phones, pagers, and computers should
please be turned off or set to silent~vibrate.

*At Public Hearings, Commissioners traditionally do not comment in order to
allow citizens to have the maximum time to express opinions. Speakers may only
sign up for themselves. The maximum speaking time allotted will be 3-
minuteslperspeaker.
*Speakers are encouraged to leave written comments (if available} with the Clerk.
PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC HEARING:
We are glad to have this opportunity to hear from the citizens of grange County on the
Manager's Recommended FY 2006-07 Budget and we hope that as many as possible
will be able to speak within the time allotted.
• Courtroom will not be available to the general public until 6:15 p.m.
• The Public Comment Sign Up will begin at 6:15 p.m.
• The Sign up area will have sign-up sheets-numbered numerically {please print
legibly)
• Sign up sheets and comments will become public records.
• Speakers may only sign-up for themselves, to insure speakers are present.
• The maximum speaking time allotted will be 3-minutes/per speaker.
