PURPOSE: To consider making one new appointment to the Orange County/ Chapel Hill Visitor's
Bureau.
BACKGROUND: The term of Kevin Callaghan has ended and the Town of Carrboro is recommending
that the Board of Commissioners appoint John Wilner, If appointed, Mr. Wilner will be serving a partial
term that will end 12/30/07.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one new appointment to the Orange County/Chapel HiII
Visitor's Bureau.
