PURPOSE: To consider making reappointments to the Animal Services Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND: The terms of Tracy Carroll and James Kramer will expire 6/30/2006. They are
willing and eligible far reappointment., If reappointed, they each would be serving their first full term,
which will end 6/30/2009.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making reappointments to the Animal Services Advisory Board.

many levels. It is time to change to a properly run county shelter. If my experience and
