PURPOSE: To consider making reappointments to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
BACKGROUND: The terms of Mr, Thomas Heffner and Ms. Passion Jones will expired on 6/30/2006.
They are willing and eligible for reappointment and they are being recommended by the ABC Board. If
reappointed, Mr, Heffner will be serving his second full term and Ms. Jones will be serving her first full
term, both ending 6/30/2009,
FINANCIAL. IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making reappointments to the ABC Board.
