The accountant directed to contact the County Attorney and determine the responsibilities the Board of Commissioners toward this Wrote coon district. Dr. Garvin, County Health Officer, discussed the screen situation in Health office in the courthouse basement. after this dis cuss S.on the ountant was directed to secure prices of tension screens on all windows of courthouse basement and for screen doors on the back basement door sa 1 as the main basement entrance. . The Sheriff requested that he be allo~ned to employ two sne cisl deou tl es pli ce the `association" in Cedar Grove Towrs So the first week in .gnat. Upon motion of Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner talker e Sheriff wes suthoriz ed to employ two such deputies, at 08.00 each oar day r ¢ total of two days and at a total sum a£ $32.00. This money is to be ken from the General Fund Emergency. Upon a vote on this motion there were eyes and 0 nays. 1955 Dr. Garvin discus ed certain aspects of a ne:v dox law passed by the/Ge ne'rel s emb ly.
