BACKGROUND: The term of Barrie Wallace expired on 3/31/2006. The Town of Hillsborough has forwarded a resolution far her reappointment.. If she is reappointed she would be serving a second full term ending 3/31/2009. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Hillsborough Planning Board. NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF HILLSBOROUGH RESOLVES: Section 1. The Orange County Boazd of Commissioners is respectfully requested to re-appoint the fallowing individual to a full term of an ETJ seat on the Hillsborough Planning Board, whose term would expire in MMazs Game Wallace 140 Tuscazora Dr Hillsbarough, NC 27278 Section 2, If the Orange County Board of Commissioners fails to appoint persons willing to serve in the capacity described above within 90 days after receiving this resolution, then the Hillsborough Town Boazd may make this appointment. Section 3. The Town Clerk shall send a copy of this resolution to the Orange County Manager. ~ Section 4.
