The minutes from the hearing are included as Attachment B to 'Item D from the May 28 Board of Aldermen meeting referenced above (the complete agenda for the bearing can be accessed at www.ci.carrboro.nc.us/Mayor Board of Aldermen/Meeting Agendas/Item D(3)). The LUO, amendments are applicable throughout Carr r 's planning Jurisdiction, which includes the Northern Transition Area TA . Pursuant to the Joint Planning Agreement, the amendments were submitted to Orange County for review, but without the context heir Potential usage in an upcoming rezoning application involving the proposed Winn r development. The Board of Aldermen voted on the amendments on May 2 , 2002 approving, or approving with modifications, all but two of the 18 proposed charges. Those not approved were: 1. Allow Board of Aldermen to approve projects whose development standards do not specifically meet all provisions spelled out in the LUO. 2.
