PURPOSE! To reappoint two members to the Peraonne] Adv[sory Board.
BACKGROUND: The Personnel Advisory Board does not have regular meetings. It meets as
necessary to conduct hearings on employee grievances involving demotions, suspensions and
dismissals.
Three (3) two-year terms mad be served by members on this Board.
Two members, Ms. Barbara Delon. whose second term expired Jung 30, 2001 and Ms, M. Kay
Havious, who was serving an unexpired term, which will expire June 30, 2002, eligible and
have been recommended for reappointment.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Reappoint the fcllowing members to the Personnel Advisory Board:
Ms. Barbara Delon and lvts. M. !{ay Hov[ous, to a third term to expire Jung 30, 20D3, and to a
first terra to expire June 30, 2004, respectivery.
