INFORMATION CONTACT:

PURPOSE: To consider approving appointments to the Chapel Hill/ Orange County Visitors Bureau.
BACKGROUND: The Clerk's office has received a letter from the Economic Development
Commission, recommending Bab Ward to be their representative to the Chapel Hill/ Orange County
Visitors Bureau. Mr. Ward will be replacing Anne Loeb in the EDC designated position,.
The Clerk's Office has also received a letter from the Town of Chapel Hill, recommending .Jim Ward to
be the Town's representative to the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau. Mr. Ward will be
replacing Edith Wiggins in the Chapel Hill Town Council position,
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider approving appointments to the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors
Bureau.
