The current three-yeaz terms of Cazroll Hawkins, Deborah Judd, Steven Peck and Shazon
Riley on the Orange County Recreation and Parks Advisory Council expire at the end of
March 2006. Each of'these individuals has indicated an interest in continuing to serve on
the boazd for successive three-year terms,

reasons:
• These individuals aze committed to raising awareness of the need for adequate
recreation and parks facilities in Orange County.

I have most recently owned and operated amulti-million dollar manufacturing company
in North Raleigh. I was the President of the company until it was purchased in 1999.
Before we moved to Raleigh, Iwas a CFP -Certified Financial Planner in Boston working

I have been very active on the North Carolina Hunter Jumper Association as a board
