Committee.
BACKGROUND: The following information is for Board consideration:
• Appointment to a one year training term (Position #5) "At-Large Nursing Home
Administration" representative for Jennifer Moore expiring 06/20/2018.
• Appointment to a one year training term (Position #10) "At-Large One Year Training"
position for Peggy Iris Lanier expiring 06/20/2018.

disparities in participation and barriers to participation.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board consider making
appointments to the Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee.

Good morning Thom Freeman,
The OCNHCAC met on Tuesday and two new applicants, Peggy Iris Lanier and Jennifer Moore, were
introduced to the members. Their background and interest in serving the community will make them
valued participants on the OCNHCAC. The committee voted unanimously to recommend their
appointment.
In addition I want to take this opportunity to thank the Commissioners for the "Heart of Orange County"
artwork which was much appreciated by everybody on the committee.
