PURPOSE: To receive and discuss information from County Attorney Geof Gledhill regarding
issues of disclosure and possible related conflicts for the BOCC and senior County staff
members.
BACKGROUND: In response to a BOCC request, County Attorney Geof Gledhill has compiled
information on disclosure issues and related conflicts for Board members and County staff. The
Board will likely want to review and discuss this information and provide any comments and
questions as necessary.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with receiving and discussing
this information.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the information
from the County Attorney and provide any comments, questions, and further direction to the
County Attorney and other staff as appropriate.
