PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for year 2002.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule. The County Commissioners will change the location of the
meeting scheduled for February 2nd to the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill,
North Carolina. The meeting will begin at 8:45 a.m.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting calendar by changing the location for the meeting scheduled for Saturday, February
2nd to the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
