PURPOSE: To consider for approval the regular meeting schedule for the
Board of County Commissioners for calendar year 1994 .
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 143 . 318. 12 of the General Statutes, a
schedule of regular meetings shall be filed with the Clerk to the Board of
County Commissioners. The schedule must show the date, time and place of
each meeting.
This schedule also lists the Joint Planning Public Hearings and the budget
public hearings and work sessions.
RECOMMENDATION(S) : To approve the meeting calendar for calendar year
1994.

The meetings in Hillsborough will be held at the Old County Courthouse at 7: 30
p.m.
The meetings in Carrboro will be held in the OWASA Meeting Room on Jones Ferry
Road in Carrboro at 7: 30 p.m.
All Quarterly Public Hearings will be held in Superior Courtroom in the new
County Courthouse in Hillsborough at 7:30 p.m.
All Budget Work Sessions will begin at 7 : 30 p.m.
