PURPOSE: To consider making-one reappointment to the Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment.
BACKGROUND: The term of Peter Strongoli will expire on 6/30/2007. He is willing and eligible
for reappointment. If reappointed, he will be serving a first full term, which will end on
6/30/2010.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.

3. The mennber's attendance records for tine past year. To be eligible for reappoi:ntm.ent a member. must leave
attended at least 75% of board functions.
If the volunteer. is n.ot interested in being reappointed or if they are ineligible, please let me lanow so that I can
rennove them Pram the membership list and begin recruiting new applicants.
These reappointments can be put up at the April 24 and May 15 Ii~CC meetings, I am avoiding putting
appointments 'up at the June BOCC meetings because of the high probability of deferment. If you miss the
deadlines for the April and May meetings, all other appointments will be deferred until August.
