BACKGROUND: To insure that Orange County will be able to participate in the Association's annual election of officers and policy adoption for this year's conference, the Board of County Commissioners will need to appoint a voting delegate and alternate who will be authorized to pick up Orange County's credentials material. RECOMMENDATION(S) : As the Board decides.
