The County Conmiss inner convened as a Board of Equalizetion and Review
at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday Nov, 23 ¢11 members being present.
The Board went to the f¢rm of D. St. Pierre DuBOSe in Chapel Bill
Township tc determine if his property hed been assessed fairly ~~
in ¢cco rdance vri th the other property in the surrounding neighborhood. ~f
After a co:npl ete tour of the farm with L7r. DuBose the Board made certain

Board took s recess until the first h7ond¢y in December and immediately
convened as a Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of inspecting
a mad Sn Bingham Township to see if it would qualify to be taken into
the State road system. This road petition was presented with the aid
of the County Seal th Dopartment and is located in the Terrell 'C ro ek
Community. It was found that there were an insu_fTicunt number of houses
on the proposed road to bus tifp its acceptance at the present time.
