PURPOSE: To conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comments about
the County Manager' s Recommended 1993-98 Capital Improvements Plan.
BACKGROUND: At the March 8, 1993 meeting of the Orange County Board of
Commissioners, the Manager presented his Recommended 1993-98 Capital
Improvements Plan. The Board established March 23, 1993 as the date
for a public hearing on this subject.
Staff will provide a brief summary and overhead slide presentation
concerning highlights of the CIP, for the benefit of citizens who may
not have attended the presentation at the March 8 meeting. Staff will
be prepared to respond to any questions or comments the Board may have
following the receipt of comments from the public.
RECOMMENDATION(S) : The Manager recommends that the Board conduct the
public hearing.
