PURPOSE: To correct and approve the minutes as submitted for consideration
by the Clerk to the Board.

BACKGROUND: In accordance with G.S. 153a-42 of the General Statutes, the
governing board has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered
into the official journal of the Board's proceedings.
RECOMMENDATION(S) : As the Board decides
