BACKGROUND: The N.C. Department of Transportation has submitted a petition for the addition of North Hawick Court, South Hawick Court and Claymore Road in The Highlands Subdivision to the Board of Commissioners for review. The Board's decision will be forwarded to the N.C. Board of Transportation for their deliberation on acceptance of the roads to the State-maintained Secondary Road System. RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the addition of North Hawick Court, South Hawick Court and Claymore Road in Chapel Hill Township to the State-maintained Secondary Road System. 2 1993 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION P.
