DURHAM TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
ORANGE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT agrees to provide the following services to Durham
(Contractor)
Technical Community College on the indicated dates:
Starting July 1, 1992 and ending June 30, 1993. The Emergency Management
Services will provide administrative support for Emergency Services training
classes conducted in Orange County.
Durham Technical Community College agrees to the following in return for the services rendered:
Upon completion of services and receipt of an invoice, Durham Tech will pay Orange
County Emergency Management $7,705.00. Quarterly invoices will be accepted.
