BACKGROUND: The Information Technology Advisory Committee is recommending the reappointment of Frederick Brown and Shang Yin. Both are members in good standing and are willing and eligible for reappointment. If reappointed, both will be serving second full terms, which will end 12/31 /2009. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
