PURPOSE: To consider making a new appointment to the Economic Development
Commission.
BACKGROUND: The Town of Carrboro is recommending the appointment of Dan Coleman to
the EDC. If appointed, he will be serving as an elected official representing the Town of
Carrboro and his term will end on 6/30/2009.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making a new appointment to the EDC.
