PURPOSE: To consider making appointments to the Agricultural Preservation Commission.
BACKGROUND: The Agricultural Preservation Commission (APB) is recommending Roland
Walters and Stanley Hughes to At-Large positions on the APB. If reappointed, both will be
serving full terms.

The Agricultural Preservation Board recommends Roland Walters and Stanley Hughes
for at-large positions on the APB.
Ross Ludders was also recommended for the Cane Creek Voluntary Agricultural District
seat, but upon further review, he is not eligible under the Voluntary Farmland
Preservation Program Ordinance (requires ownership of'a certified qualifying farm in the
district). He could be appointed as an at-large member.
