PURPOSE: To consider making reappointments to the Orange County Planning Board.
BACKGROUND: The terms of Jeffrey Schmitt and Michelle Kempinski expired on 3/31/2007.
Both are eligible and willing to be reappointed. If reappointed, both will be serving full terms,
which will end 3/31/2010.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
