PURPOSE: Consider making reappointments to the Human Relations Commission.
BACKGROUND: The terms of Sabrina Covington-Farrar, Josephine Harris, Carolyn Inkenberry
and Joe Nanney will expire on 6/30/2007. They are willing and eligible for reappointment. If
reappointed, all will be serving full terms, ending 6/30/2010.

The following HRC members' appointments will expire on June 30, 2007: SA6RINA
CGVINGTON-FARRAR, ARTIE FRANKLIN, ~GSEPHINE HARRIS, CAftGLYN IKEN6ERRY, and AGE NANNEY.
SABRINA C~VINGTGN-FARRAR, ~G3EPHINE HARRIS, CARGLYN IKENBERRY, and AGE NANNEY have voiced interest in
being re-appointed to the Human Relations Commission. T sent an email to ARTIE FRANKLIN on
Tuesday, April 10, 2007 informing him that his HRC appointment would expire on June 30~` and
I needed to know if he wished to be considered for re-appointment. To date, Mr. Franklin has
not responded.
In regards to the others who voiced an interest in being re-appointed, they are in good
standing in regards to attendance to regular meetings and HRC-sponsored events. As required, I
have attached attendance records for all HRC members whose terms will expire on June 30,
2007.
If additional information is required, please do not hesitate to let me know.
