She is wonderful to work with, is very dedicated, and has a passion for ensuring that long term care residents receive the best quality of care in a safe living environment. She attends all of our meetings and does her site visits. She is an excellent choice for this committee and there is no better of a candidate than to have someone that already has the knowledge of what needs to be done through her past experience of working in a nursing home.
