PURPOSE: To change the meeting date for the Quarterly Public Hearing
scheduled for Monday, November 28.
BACKGROUND: G. S. 153A-40(a) requires the Board of County
Commissioners to fix the time and place of its regular meetings. Night
Court will begin on November 14 and continue every Monday evening. The
Quarterly Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 28. The Chair
recommends that this meeting date be changed to Wednesday, November 30.
RECOMMENDATION(S) : The County Manager recommends that the Board approve
changing the date of their regular November Quarterly Public Hearing to
Wednesday, November 30, 1994.
