This had involved providing advice to county budget, finance, and administrative staff. In the 1960's, I lived and worked in Venezuela for 2.5 years. Our oldest child was born there. At that time, I became fluent in Spanish. Although my Spanish is rusty, I am~able to converse with Hispanics and Latinos in Spanish.
