PURPOSE: To consider for approval the regular meeting schedule for the
Board of County Commissioners for calendar year 1994.
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 143.318. 12 of the General Statutes, a
schedule of regular meetings shall be filed with the Clerk to the Board of
County Commissioners. The schedule must show the date, time and place of
each meeting.

Two schedules have been provided for the Board's consideration of
approval. The first schedule would provide for cablecasting the second
meeting of each month. The second schedule is following our regular
meeting schedule with the first meeting of the month on the first Monday
and the second meeting on the third Tuesday. The schedule also lists the
Joint Public Hearings and the budget public hearings and work sessions.
RECOMMENDATION(S) : Discuss and approve the meeting calendar for 1995.
