Commissioners present: Commissioner Anne Barnes, Chair, and Com-
�• mi.ssioners Norman Gustaveson, Norman Walker (who arrived late), Richard
4hitted and Don Willhoit.
3. Commissioner Barnes presided over the meeting and stated its purpose,
�• i.e. an executive session to consider personnel matters. Commissioner
'' %iitted moved, seconded by Crnmissioner Wil]hoit, to convene in a cutive
session. Vote: Ayes, 4; noes, 0 (Commissioner Walker was not present for
this vote)
j• The Board adjourned following the executive session.
