PURPOSE: To consider making one reappointment to the Orange County Board of
Adjustment.
BACKGROUND: The term of Jeffrey Schmitt will expire on 6/30!2007. He is willing and eligible
for reappointment. If reappointed, he will be serving a first full term, which will end. on
6/30/2010.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Orange County Board of
Adjustment.
