PURPOSE: To consider making reappointments to the ACHCAC.
BACKGROUND: The terms of Peggy Cohn, Jerry Gregory, and Frances Kovens will end on
3/31/2007. All are willing and eligible for reappointment. If reappointed, all would be serving full
terms, which would end 3/31/2009. Ms. Cohn will be serving a first full term and Ms Gregory
and Ms. Kovens will be serving second full terms.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making reappointments to the ACHCAC.
