Clerk to the Board Certification of Action of the Orange County Board of Commissioners
This is to certify that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County on June 21,
2016 Commissioner Bernadette Pelissier moved to:
a. Add Wake County to the Renamed Triangle Tax District.
b. Approve the Wake County Financial Plan (as set forth in the Wake County Transit Plan)
pursuant to NCGS 105-508.1.
C. Approve GoTriangle's conducting of a referendum in Wake County pursuant to NCGS 105-
509(b)(1).
d. Authorize the Orange County Manager to enter into an agreement setting forth the mutual
understanding of the parties as to the scope and content of the Financial Plan upon final revievj
of the County Attorney.
Commissioner Pelissier's motion was seconded by Commissioner Penny Rich and unanimously approved.
