Ths Doard of Cammi asioners of Orange County met on Wedne sdap, April 14,
19$4 at 1 o'clock P. M, in an adjourned meeting at the Courthouse Sn Hills-
boro.
Members present: Chairman R. 0, Porrest, and Commis alone rs A. J, M.
Bobby and Sim L. Efland.
Absent: None.
State Aighway Commis sloner, J. Vnn Lindley, met with the Board and
discussed roed problems that exist Sn Orange County, after which the Board
inspec tod several roads.
IIpon motion duly made and seconded, four petitions ware unanimously
approved and ordered sent to Mr. L. H. Gunter, Diatr?ct Engineer, State
Highway and Public Works Co®isaion. The petitions approved ware as follows:
1. Road in B111 aboro Township and known as Cemetery
road in 7fa et Hillsboro. Length of road .2$ mile.
2. Road in Hillsboro Township, running from behind
Cart's SUpermarkat to Dspot load, Length of roed
.3 mile.
3, Road in Chapel H111 Townah?p and tuna from Piney
tdount¢in School Road off 0.lrnort Road to home of
Lillie iV1111ame. Length of road .4$ mile.
4. Road is Chapel Hill Township, and runs from 1$ 9y
Pass to Route 1$ By Pasa find known as Rings 61111
Road, Laurel Hill Road Ext. and Coker Drive.
Length of road .B mile.
There being no further bueineas, upon motion, adjourned to meet at
2:30 o'clock P. M., April 20, 19$4•
