Condominium
Dear Pam:
Enclosed is a document exercising Orange County' s option to
purchase the referenced condominium units which, upon execution
by the County officials, can be delivered to George Horton. I
recommend you also have a copy delivered to Will Bernard.
I further recommend you deliver the exercise document with
a letter from you stating that the instrument evidencing the
County' s exercise of the option is enclosed and confirming
Orange County' s understanding that rent for parking deck parking
spaces allocated to the County during the term of the lease will
be resolved at the closing as provided for in paragraph 3 . 01 (b)
of the lease.

EXERCISE OF OPTION TO PURCHASE
On January 22, 2009, at a regular meeting of the Orange County Board of
Commissioners,the Orange County Board of Commissioners approved the exercise,by Orange
County, of its option to purchase Unit 200 and Unit 300 of the Gateway Center Condominium.
The Board of Commissioners' action further authorized the closing of the purchase of Unit 200
and Unit 300 on or before February 25, 2009.
